How to measure properly

1. Stand on a sheet of paper against a vertical wall
...the heels should touch the wall
2. Mark the big toes and measure the distance to the wall in inch
...one foot is often longer than the other, so simply measure the longest foot
3. Add at least +0.4 inch (1 cm) for freedom of movement and compare with the table
...if your foot is between two sizes, give a little more
